CAMP ENCORE-CODA

Campers travel to and from Encore/Coda by three methods: automobile, charter bus, and plane in combination with charter bus. In the springtime, we send out travel information to all enrolled families as to how to go about planning the details with us.

AIRPLANE - Campers fly into the Portland, ME airport, where our staff members supervise all aspects of their movement and the pickup of their luggage. We greet arriving campers as they deplane, and wait with departing campers until the flight has left the runway. The 2008 bus fare to or from the Portland airport is $36.00 each way.

AUTOMOBILE - many parents elect to drive directly to camp, and we welcome them to do so.

CHARTER BUS - For 2008 we will be offering the following charter bus services. All busses are chartered directly by the camp and supervised by our staff members, and there is plenty of room available for luggage and instruments:

    June 25, 2008  [begin 1st session]:

          Bus from Rt. 128, exit 30, Lexington, MA   [$60 one way fare]

          Bus from Rt. 95 in Darien and New Haven, CT   [$110 one way fare]

     July 20, 2008 [end 1st session, begin 2nd session]: 

           Bus to/from Rt. 128, exit 30, Lexington, MA   [$60 one way fare]

     August 10, 2008 [end 2nd session]:

           Bus to Rt. 128, exit 30, Lexington, MA   [$60 one way fare]
