Dear Parents,

We are looking forward to another successful summer of music and fun, and it is our pleasure to contact you once again with more information about the summer. This will be the final 'installment' of information for you and we hope it has all been helpful in some way.

Preparation Guidelines – Please take a few minutes to read through these. There are lots of details to think about as camp approaches and we hope this will be helpful to you in sorting them all out.

Schedule Forms (on Parent Info Page) – this is how you convey to us what activities your child wants to have in their daily schedule. The requirements and electives vary according to age and instrument(s) played. Because we offer many activities at differing levels of advancement, our schedule tends to get somewhat complicated. Some campers have schedules that require some extra ‘tweaking’, and we will do all of that in June when we schedule the private lessons and do the fine-tuning. Please bear in mind that this mailer is only the first of several steps through which these schedules will pass before activities actually begin at camp. Do not worry about ‘making mistakes’ on this schedule form. If there are any, we will fix them at camp. If you do have specific questions, please call Ellen at 617-325-1541 or send her an email.

We will be in Brookline until Thursday, June 3rd at 617-325-1541. On Friday, June 4th we will be 'on the road' and then getting set up at camp. After Monday, June 7th you can reach us at camp at 207-647-3947. The email addresses are always the same and any calls made to the Brookline office will be forwarded to Maine. If you are faxing after June 7th, please fax directly to the Maine fax line: 207-647-3259.
